At this time, I do not file claims with any insurance companies. You may file out-of-network claims with your insurance provider, and I am happy to provide you with a receipt to support your claim.
I accept cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards.

Office Access
My office is on the second story, above James Pharmacy. The front door is between Kim's Bake Shop and Dwell. You must walk up a number of stairs (20) to access my office. There is no elevator. Please let me know if you are unable to use stairs and we can discuss other meeting options. There is a shared waiting room. Downtown Hillsborough has numerous free parking options.
Telehealth
Telehealth (virtual) sessions are also available at my regular session rate. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform through my client portal, Simple Practice.
Scheduling and Forms
I use a confidential platform called Simple Practice that allows me to communicate with clients safely and securely. Intake paperwork can be completed electronically through the Simple Practice portal prior to our first session. Our first session can be scheduled through my secure email portal or by phone. We will determine a routine schedule during our first session.
